A song about squirrel suicide… genuinely what I was listening to a second ago.
One of the songs to come out of 8in8 by Amanda Palmer, Neil Gaiman, Ben Folds and Damian Kulash.
For those that don’t know, the aim was to write and record 8 songs from scratch in 8 hours. While they only managed 6 in 12 hours, it is still a pretty awesome achievement. They livestreamed the process too.
The album can be purchased here for $1. The proceeds from downloads go to a charity which provides kids with the opportunity to see their musical potential.
